Coordination & Management
I organize tasks, people, and technical information so a project can move forward without losing its design intent.

2023/2024
Palazzo del Lavoro
This connects to Coordination and Management because a joint thesis across Politecnico di Torino and TU Delft had to keep research, three design scenarios, BIM, physical models, stakeholder maps, drawings, renders, technical studies, and one final publication aligned.

2022
Museum of Senses
The team had to coordinate concept, modeling, diagrams, and visual output in a single-day BAC workflow.

2023
Metaverse Expo
The team had one day to define the concept, model in Rhino, create Midjourney imagery, assemble comic-style boards, and submit in Spatial, so task division and fast decisions were central to the work.

2023
Legnano Masterplan
The proposal had to coordinate several urban layers at once: pedestrian areas, cycling routes, car redirection, station interchange, parking, planting, paving, reused buildings, and new social programs.

2013
24,000-Piece Puzzle
This connects to Coordination and Management because the project aligned a gallery venue, a fourteen-person core team, public participation, a charity relationship, potential buyers, and the transport and framing of a 4.28-meter-long completed puzzle.

2024–present
HamKetab
HamKetab is being structured through a central hub, city managers, shared documentation, and reporting so it can grow beyond one founder.
